Is there a limit to the custom size? Like, what's the smallest or largest you can make?
We’re pretty flexible with custom sizes—no strict "smallest or largest" limits. It all depends on your space and room layout. For example, beds can fit mattresses from 1.2m to 2.4m (or even special sizes), and sofas can be made as single seats or L-shaped, depending on your living room length. It’s best to send us a photo or measurements of your space, and we’ll help figure out the best size to avoid wasting space or getting the wrong fit.
What color and fabric options do you have?
There are lots of fabric and color choices. For beds and sofas, fabrics include velvet, cotton-linen, and faux leather. Colors range from neutrals (white, gray, beige) to Morandi tones and some bright shades. Check the "Fabric & Color Chart" page on our website for details. If you want physical samples, just contact our sales team—they’ll send you options to pick from.
Can I customize parts like the headboard cushions, sofa armrests, or bed legs?
Yep, you can. Just get in touch with our sales team, and they’ll connect you with our designers. The designers will check if your ideas work with the product structure, making sure it’s both functional and looks good.
How long does a custom order take to ship? Is it much slower than ready-made items?
Custom orders usually take 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on how complex it is. Simple changes like size or color take about 3-5 days. Once you place the order, we’ll tell you the exact timeline, so you’ll always know when to expect it.
Can I return or exchange a custom product? What if the size is wrong?
Since custom products are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue. But we take steps to get it right:
- Before making it, our designer will check the size and style details with you, then send the invoice.
- If we mess up the size or style, we’ll remake it for free and cover the shipping costs—we’ll make sure you’re happy with what you get.
How is the price calculated for custom orders? Is it much more expensive than ready-made ones?
The price depends on the size, fabric, and any extra parts you add. Special features (like storage in the sofa or a unique headboard shape) will cost a bit more.
